Micky ZhangBusiness Banking Relationship Manager
Micky started her ESL career journey more than four years ago, beginning as a Telebanker before eventually joining the Business Banking team as an Associate Business Banking Relationship Manager. In her current role, she’s instrumental in identifying and building relationships with prospective clients. She also helps nurture existing relationships, identifies and assesses credit opportunities, and helps mentor staff at assigned ESL branches.

Micky is an alumna of Rochester Institute of Technology, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and a Master of Business Administration from the university. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time with her pets.
