You can make wire transfers — quickly and easily — through ESL Business Mobile or Online Banking. All you need to do is:

• Log in to business online banking > Transactions Drop Down (main navigation menu) > Domestic Wire Request Form (or International Wire Request Form)
• Complete and sign the form.
• Submit it via secure email by selecting “Messages” from the left navigation menu to create a new secure message.

Once we have received your completed, signed request, we will reply by secure email that includes an attachment that has instructions and a secure link for you to complete an additional identification authentication step. This step is required before we can review and process your request.

Additional Information:

• The purpose of the wire is mandatory for all outgoing wires.
• We will process your request within one business day, once we have all necessary information and you have completed identification verification steps. ESL does not send or receive wires on Saturdays. Online wire transfers can be made on normal business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Funds sent to foreign addresses are sent in U.S. dollars.

At ESL, we provide Security Tokens to ensure the safety of the wire transfer process. Here’s how it works:

When you’re ready to make a wire transfer, you use your Security Token to generate a one-time digital code for that transaction. Then you enter that code online to identify yourself and authenticate your wire transfer request.

Please remember that Security Tokens are required to complete wire transfers at ESL. It’s all part of our effort to keep your transactions and financial information safe and secure.
